Catching up on blog posts this week I’m excited to share this little beauty’s images on this Connecticut Newborn Photographer blog. I can’t believe it’s already been 6 months since her session — these little ones change and develop such big personalities so fast it’s hard to even comprehend. This was my very first studio-style newborn since the pandemic began and I feel like I’ve learned so much and things have changed so much since then. One thing that remains the same — I’m only scheduling a few due dates a month for newborns so if you’re interested in having a studio-style newborn session in the comfort of your own home here in Connecticut, get in touch early. Connecticut Studio Newborn Photography – Newborn portraiture in the comfort of your own home.
You may have noticed through this session that I’m a posed newborn photographer here in CT and RI. This style of newborn photography features beautiful Connecticut Newborns in different posed positions, on fluffy layers, cozy background fabrics and placed in different unique buckets, crates, baskets and other custom made props sized perfectly for baby. While I maintained a studio space for many years I realized more and more that families truly enjoy the comfort and ease of having a newborn session within their own home. Now I travel to families all over Connecticut and Rhode Island with everything I need to produce studio-quality newborn photos right in the comfort of my clients Connecticut and Rhode Island homes. I even occasionally travel to Massachusetts and New York. I bring my studio light, props, backdrops, headbands and everything we need to produce studio-quality portraits in your own relaxed environment. Before your newborn session we discuss everything from preferred colors and sets to what to wear to where the best location in your home for photos may be. I provide prep material to help set us up for getting the greatest number of beautiful images from your session possible and keep in touch all along the way to make sure I create something perfect for you during your CT newborn session. While I’m typically months behind on blogging sessions I’m always sharing sneak peeks and behind the scenes information from current shoots on my Facebook and Instagram — my Instagram stories house the most current happenings and showcase who I’m currently editing.
