Looking back on sessions from this past year I realize just how behind on blogging sessions I really am — there are over 40 sessions that haven’t been blogged or truly shared and I hope to change that slowly but surely! This beautiful family met me for their Connecticut beach maternity session just as the pandemic was starting. It was my last true session before all the lockdowns began – we even shook hands and stood close – eek! 😀 Truthfully it has been really nice to get back to work again and meet new friends and clients here in Connecticut for their maternity & family photography sessions. Though its a little awkward to stand apart and avoid the traditional hugs/handshakes, its starting to feel more normal and less weird as I get back into the swing of things. I’m thankful to everyone I’ve been working with who are still taking precautions, doing their best and being open and honest with me about how they are navigating the pandemic. I’m doing my best as well and taking extra precautions and steps to make sure you and your family are safe while we capture memories you will cherish forever.
